1. Introduction
Welcome to the Trestle Labs Pvt Ltd's Pledge4Inclusion Contest ("Contest"). By participating in this Contest, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. This Contest is void where prohibited by law.
2. Eligibility
This Contest is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
3. Contest Period
The Contest will commence on the date of publication of these Terms and Conditions and will end on 31st May 2024. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, participants must submit their Pledge of Inclusion via the designated form provided by Trestle Labs Pvt Ltd. Submission of the form constitutes your entry into the Contest. There is no entry fee required to participate in the Contest. Sharing the pledge on social media and tagging Trestle Labs on the same post increases their chances of winning but does not guarantee their selection.
5. Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected at the sole discretion of Trestle Labs Pvt Ltd. All decisions regarding the selection of winners are final and binding. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in the entry form.
6. Prizes
Each winner will receive one (1) BookMyShow Voucher worth Rs. 250/-, only redeemable for viewing the movie titled "Srikanth". This voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, BookMyShow, and will be valid until 10th June 2024. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
7. Indemnification
By entering the Contest, participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trestle Labs Pvt Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in the Contest.
8. Use of Information and Publicity
By entering the Contest, participants grant Trestle Labs Pvt Ltd the right to use the information submitted to contact them and to use the photo submitted in the form to announce winners or in the announcement of the list of people who have taken the pledge on their social media.
9. General Conditions
Trestle Labs Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any problem prevents the Contest from being conducted as planned.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka State.
11. Agreement
By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.
